When the time came to review and upgrade the ageing CCTV system at its Chasewater Estate in the West Midlands, London & Cambridge Properties required a robust, flexible and expandable solution in which cameras could be positioned with minimal disruption. Most importantly LCP wanted to avoid the high costs of civil works required to create new cable ducts and avoid the ensuing disruption to tenants, customers and visitors to the estate.
