PSIM allows us to integrate multiple sub systems into a single platform and, working closely with customer's management teams, to develop the workflow and formalise security processes.

Ultimately, we break down the procedures mapped out in our customers' Incident Plan and pre-programme these into our systems so incident responses are automated where appropriate. 

Conversely, the system can be used as a platform on which to develop and maintain your Incident Response plans, which can be printed at anytime.

If an incident requires guidance our system will interact with the operator asking a series of questions and providing prompts so that decision making is consistent and aligned with corporate policies and values.

Making Sense of Related Events

An advanced PSIM platform collates related events to provide operators with a true picture of the situation as it develops. For example, if a fire activated a number of smoke detectors in adjacent rooms, a sophisticated system would automatically record and update the initial situation rather than creating individual alarms thereby saving time by logically connecting related incidents.

Save on costs

As well as consistent decision making and quicker response times there is a cost saving implication for training budgets as the system is designed to do a lot of the thinking for operators.
